Nor does Performance Palace ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • All refunds must have approved RGA number before parts to be shipped back. RGA number will be given upon e-mailed credit request. No refunds on electrical or special order items. 25% restock fee on all return items. No refunds on freight expenses. No refunds after 30 days of invoice date.
